Fall wouldn’t be complete without this favorite.
You won’t believe this one is loaded with your GREENS too!
Peach Cinnamon Crisp LIVEDEN Smoothie:
- 10 oz. Almond Milk
- 1 Fresh Ripe Peach
- 1 Frozen Banana (or a handful of ice)
- 1 TBSP LIVEDEN Superfood
- Crisp:
- 1/3 GF Oats
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 TBSP Agave
How to make your Crisp…
Turn your oven on to Broil. In a bowl, combine your Crisp ingredients and stir.
Spoon onto a cookie sheet (lined with parchment paper) and broil for 5 minutes to get it “crisp”. Let cool for a few minutes (try not to eat it – it’s so good!).
Grab your blender…let’s make your Smoothie:
Pour in your milk. Add your peach, frozen banana (or ice), 1 TBSP LIVEDEN Superfood, and most of your oat “Crisp” (leaving a little to sprinkle on top). Blend on HIGH.
Pour in a glass or mug. Sprinkle a few extra peach slices and a little of your Crisp on top. Get cozy + ENJOY.
